Stuck Loading User Data

Having a issue opening my Steam Client. Login starts all the normal but then gets completely stuck on Loading User Data....

I have removed steap (Complete Uninstall, including all reg entries that are not removed entirely, as well as clean all files on system.)
Reinstalled after reboot.

nada.

And no all Firewalls etc are disabled confirmed brothers login no issue, its purly my account it appears. have even tried things posted in forum and redit posts generating clear Cache (even though fresh install because maybe I missed something) to removing certain files and reloading letting verification redownload etc.......

OH System just encase though doubtful....

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
GFX: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060
MB: Prime X570-P
WINDOWS 10 PRO

All drivers are up to date on system.

Same issue, it’s a problem with steam themselves. I have tested on several other computers and the exact same thing happens. Steam support is a genuine joke, it’s an insult to the customer’s intelligence.

Uninstall is not part of steam windows user profile data, all apps has leftovers,

C:\Users\"USERNAME"AppData\Local\Steam

Try exit steam wipe that area or rename it as backup as pro's do rename folder to steam old folder and try start steam again and see if that matter to you, and no we dont know why steam.exe do not work for you.

You can try windows event viewer, and hope windows log have made a entry with a crash or give you a bone to chew on, if not.

Make sure steam.exe is on exception list in anti-virus app.

ps.
pro's do not delete or wipe thery do have a backup or restore content if need then we change or try fix things. ( we might say delete erase or wipe, but most have a restore possibilities or ways to get it back. )

You can find several post with deal with USERDATA, but thatøs not normal to take own action on steam data store it there.

ohh forgot the old steam flush cmd ( google it ) and see if that can do the cleanup.

Do have steam account login and pw rdy.

Multiple PC's
Multiple reinstalls
Clearing of cache

Just a log file under steamui_login.txt
