How do keep Steam Authenticator 'active'
How do keep Steam Authenticator active within 7 days so I don't have trade holds? I see people who have cards I was interested in trading with, with the message:

- User has not been using the Mobile Authenticator for 7 days

So what does 'using Mobile Authenticator' actually entail? What do I need to do to trigger the flags and remind the system. Do I just open the Steam app on my phone and browse some random pages?

Enable the Steam Auth and then just leave it. You don't need to sign in or do anything. It will function whether it's being used or not. Only if you remove it will it reset restriction times.

Oh ok, if you have it on your phone it is 'active' until you log out of it/migrate to another phone/disable etc.

On an adjacent, I saw a little tip elsewhere for those curious about their current status:

It will show if you have trade holds and even the time left (if you have holds). But I think this is just for using the Market.
