Im using this account because the other one is locked, im just asking you to bear with me for a minute and try to help me, i know how this will sound.

It started 27/06 when i bought in the morning 6 games, i started playing one of them and later that day i bought the sequel with the same card i bought the 6 games, or so i thought.

9/07 i received the red warning telling me i was under investigation, obviously i contacted support cause i didnt know the reason why this would happen, what they told me that a purchase was made with a card ending in 14 that made a ticket saying the purchase was unauthorized, wich i found weird cause im the owner of my cards.
I told them i could send them my bank statement to prove that it was me who made the purchase, when i left work i went to the bank to print the statement and i realized, that i had one previous steam purchase, and the sequel one i mention, but not the 6 games one, obviously i panicked and told them that i checked the statement and its true that the purchase wasnt there, i would be happy to compensate the person or refund the games, in no means i meant to hurt/steal anyone.

They locked my account obviously.

First i want to say that i use an app called MBway , its a Portuguese mobile payment/transfer service where you can create virtual cards from your own if you dont feel confortable putting the original card data on the internet, what i always do is create a card with the ammount i need, make the purchase and delete the card.

I didnt understand some things, how did i used someone elses card, and how did a card that didnt match my billing adress went through with the purchase, i always use my billing adress, is something thats set up for years and i never touch that, i only change the card number, expiration date and those 3 digits.

When i check the purchases i saw that, theres the one that ended in 14, supposely not mine, and in the same day one that ended in 48, i checked this 48 card and the last 4 digits were 1148, and i know how this part will sound, but after panicking and thinking for so much time the only thing i could think its that when typing the card i must have made a typo or add another number and the 48 card became something like "1114" or something.

I know its statisticly pretty much impossible but i dont know anymore...

And other thing that is killing me is, how did a card thats not mine and didnt match my billing adress was accepted...

Im human, i made errors when typing stuff, but everytime i did it it appeared a orange text in checkout saying something like "credit card not accepted because the information doesnt match" or something like that.

Again, i know how this sounds, i have proof of the billing adress i have proof of all transaction from 10+ years ago since i started using card, i used paysafe when i was yonger, i just cant understand...

Sorry for the long text, but this is a desperate and maybe pathetic measure, i dont want to lose my account that i have since 2012... i would not stain it for any value much less not even 15€, time spent is something priceless.

If anyone have an idea of something i can do it would be appreciatted.
