If the other person hasn't set up the mobile authenticator, you can't do anything about them.

The next time you approve a trade on your mobile authenticator, I'd like you to take notice of all the warnings and explnations about trade hold, and take notice of how there is no button on your phone that says "actually don't protect the other person's trade and take their items now."

All CS2 items have a 7 day cooldown on them regardless how you obtained them.
