I lost my authenticator (lost my phone), and now I'm trying to add a new authenticator on a older Android phone of mine, I had to reset my Steam password this morning but now nothing works, Steam throws errors when I try to log on either on my PC (client or website) or my phone, password is correct, it also spams me with CAPTCHA challenges that don't solve. Has Valve been hacked or something?

Don't know how long ill be able to stay logged in I'm using the website right now and my credentials must have been cached or something... I can't get a support ticket open because the topic isn't covered! Help.

When I try to sign in to the Steam app:
