Can the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C be used for gyro aiming on Steam?

Yes. but only in BT mode, not via the dongle as that sets the pad up as a Xbox pad clone.

Do you get gyro as mouse or only gyro as joystick support?

That depends on the game and the general control scheme you're going for.

I'm playing through cyberpunk 2077 rn. My goal is to aim using gyro and move the camera using the analog stick. So ideally I want to be able to set different sensitivities for the stick and gyro
