Support ignores ticket for 6 days — screenshot wrongly removed again (was restored before)

My Steam Support tickets have been ignored for over 6 days:
- HT-2FB9-9MYC-CQP7
- HT-CGFF-RBH8-6CP2

The issue is about the same screenshot from Everlasting Summer being removed again. This exact screenshot was reviewed and restored multiple times in the past. I always marked it as “Mature / 18+” and followed all Steam rules.

Now support simply ignores my ticket — no reply, no status update. This is very frustrating and makes me feel like my reports are filtered or deprioritized.

Please, let a real moderator take a look. I'm not trying to abuse the system — I just want to resolve the issue properly.

No one on the forums can view your ticket nor are there any moderators that can do what you want.

Just update the ticket and wait patiently.

Nobody here can help you because this is a community forum and nothing else. Steam support and moderators do not reply to help requests here.
