Steam doesn't want to open
Please someone help me, when i try to open Steam it appears that it is updating, and when it seems that the update is done, Steam doesn't open.

Try run once as administrator on steam.exe to see if that will do it.

ps.
Do not have that Userdata issue then you need to conatct steam with login that dont seem to work. see other post at the first 24hours board.
