Is it possible?
1 year ago, I bought GTAV and was playing normally but after a certain period of inactivity I don't know what happened, I just lost access to my account, I have the receipt and it is possible to recover it?

So guys, after this problem I had, I was never able to recover my account or play GTA V. Do you think I can still recover it with the proof of purchase?
