Can't use steam services via wifi(can only play games)

I can't seem to view store My profile etc on my home WiFi both on my pc and app on mobile its seems to work fine with mobile data or other WiFi networks on the app have tested my pc yet I've already tried switching my router on and off to no avail

That sounds like your router is blocking it. Your ISP could be blocking Steam. Or you can try setting your DNS to OpenDNS or CloudFlare and see if that helps

Is there a way to unblock it without setting DNS to open DNS or cloudfare and why has suddenly started had this router for 1-2 years and only started doing this yesterday I should also note that my pc is connected via Ethernet
