I dont know if it’s closed
The sale ended less than a weeks ago. Support tickets are still backlogged from the event.
but you don't understand this, you got yourself into a big mess and now you're blaming steam for it.
No one hacked my account it’s 100% sure stop talking like you know something. No one asked for a refund either. I use my account everyday to play and if someone was messing with me I would know. Please, keep your ideas for yourself.
But I'll bite, if your ticket is still open, you wait.
If it was closed with no reply, you secure your account and then resubmit a ticket.
Those are the solutions.
If account is hijacked they refund everything they can and have it go to Steam wallet, then they buy stuff on the market to transfer funds to another account. IF OP has the money then the hijacker has checked their account yet. Thus if OP doesn't check to see the status of any ticket to find that out they won't know for sure. In which case if it is hijacked whenever the hijacker gets round to checking they spend it. After all refunds can take varying amounts of time before they get approved or denied
