"Failed to upload screenshot"

I restarted steam and everything, it just won't let me post a screenshot and I have no idea why? I clicked "show on disk" and the screenshot doesn't seem to have any errors....it just won't let me upload it for some reason.

As far as I know I was connected just fine the entire time and didn't see any other issues. Also how is 6:00 p.m. off peak hours?
