Maddy Adventure????

Hello, I have a odd request per say, I was redeeming my Free game on G2A as part of the whole Premium thing, And what happened was I got 3 Weird Games. The Oddest one that I got was a key for the game called "Maddy Adventure". Me and my Friends did a Stream of playing these games, But when we got to "Maddy Adventure" it does not exist. We looked up on Google, Nothing, SteamDB, Nothing, We looked up using multiple VPN's and NOTHING. Does anyone know what this game is and why it seemingly does not exist and yet I have a Key for it, Redeemed on my Account.

We found this, So it more or less exists with 10 Keys, 1 Purchase and then blinked out?
