this is a steam only issue I'm experiencing. My download speed is slower than my network connection by a lot, 80mbps in steam and 280mbps in online speedtest. However, sometimes restarting the steam client temporarily fixes the issue, letting me reach 280mbps until i restart steam again. I have tried changing download region and other fixes but nothing worked. Note that this isnt an issue with my connection, when i test it on epic games i always get my full speed. help would be appreciated :)
