Refund request pending for 3 month.
I request a refund for Path Of Exile 2 back in April as it keep telling me to purchase the game key when I open the game so I can't actually play the game.

Is been 3 month now & the support request is still marked as "Open".

I also can't submit a second request as steam only allow 1 active request per game.

I also can't cancel the request to resend the request as if I cancel now it would exceed game owned duration (is been 3 month) & it wont be eligible for a refund anymore.

What can I do?

Keep your original ticket open but create new ticket, find the game in your transaction history, click on it and select ''I have a question'', then explain the issues and quote the ref number for the original ticket.
this is happening to me, I have been waiting for almost a week and I have sent the application several times :(

All this does is put your support request to the back of the queue. Keep doing it and you will never receive an answer...
