Keep in mind that automatic refund is for those meeting following criteria: within 2 hours within 2 weeks.

thx Bro, how to make a annual request?
last purchase 1st january far out the 14 days since purchase limit
MAY some connect problem at steam webpage or their staff miss my request.
If you are outside that window, they can (and most of the time do) refuse the refund request.
I'm not sure what's going on with you, Mr. Ken. From what I understand, you purchased Shogun Showdown but never played it, so it's still refundable at 0 hours. However, did you really waste 14 days just so you can send an email to Steam support asking for a refund?
