Here I see, it seems to be working now, strange glitch.

A solution for those who can't resolve it: log in to Steam using your web browser, access your year summary for 2022 or 2024, and replace "2022" or "2024" at the end of the web address with "2023". Once you enter, check if it's set to private. If it is, change it to public, and it will be reactivated on your account.

I add onto this.

This error can happen when you set a game to private, or unprivate a game, the Steam review recalculate, but if it breaks you have to visit your page manually yourself while logged in.

Ah it needs to be "yearinreview"! I thought it was "replay" - that's got my 2023 replay back up and running now. good to know there was a way to fix it!

Hey, I fixed the problem by watching someone else's Steam replay of 2023, and then there was a button that said ‘See Your Own!

I like how these reviews don't mention how many hours you've actually played in that year to avoid shocking people with how much of their life they wasted on staring at the screen.
