Downloading steam workshop items without owning the game
Can someone tell me how I'm supposed to download steam workshop items for games which I don't own?
I'm asking this, because I have the Epic Games version ot TWW2 and I'm unable to find a way how to install mods on that version of the game (I tried everything online... nothing works), as It seems that there isn't any working online resource that allows me to get the files from the workshop

Use sites like Nexus or Moddb.

Not possible, to use the workshop you need to own the game.
Like Aluvard already wrote, use other modding community sites like Nexus.
There are very few mods that are exclusive to the Steam Workshop with no uploads anywhere else.
They usually also have explicit instructions depending on which version of the game you own.

Can you please tell me where else to look for the mods, as in moddb and nexus there are very little amount of mods for the game I'm playing even tho its quite popular (or I'm not looking at the correct place)

Ressing this. You might have some luck with SteamCMD, it will require some setup, and I believe doesn't work for all games. tModLoader for example, works, but other games, I believe Hat In Time, doesn't.
