Go back to the purchase and instead of selecting refund, choose "I have question about this purchase". Nicely present your case why you should get an exception to the 2 hr/ 2 wk limit. If you are still denied, then that's your final answer.

My guess is since WHAT THE PAK?! is being given away for free right now, they want to get a refund for it and then claim it again for free.

All the games they've played recently that also have more than 2 hours are well beyond 2 weeks as well.
