how do i request access to a game i bought on steam?
i am a child in my steam family, so i need an adult to authorize access for me to play games i bought with my money. can i get around it, and if not, how to i make a request to access the game?

Just ask the adult in the family to grant you access to the game....

Valve probably isn't going to help you get around parental controls.
