Images no longer show as image, instead it's a link

How do we get the image to show up like it used to when we post the url to the image in our screenshot gallery?

The above is what I mean, it is the URL of a demo game screenshot I took while playing.

There's nothing you can do. Something changed a short while ago. Unless Valve allows the links to resolve like they used, we are stuck with the current behavior.

Okay, thanks, I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss the memo of a new way of linking the images. Maybe Steam is trying to save bandwidth.

fair enough. I wouldn't know I've never tried linking to an image on my steam account to the rest of the internet to know if that would even work like how you tubes show as video where ever you place the URL outside of YT
