Refund approved but still non arriving?
I asked a refund 14 days ago, I bought a game, played for less that 2 hours, the refund was approved but I still miss some funds from my bank account.
Should I wait for the end of the month or should I contact Steam support directly?

how long ago was the refund approved?
how long after purchasing the game did you submit for a refund? if a refund is made shortly after purchase, the funds will simply not be collected by steam so there would be nothing to refund.

If you asked for refund within 24 hours of purchase, then the money never left your account.

14 days ago maybe 13. If you play less than 2 hours you get a refund nearly instantly.

Time played does not equate to refund speed.

''When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is cancelled. In many cases it takes up to 30 days for your bank to confirm that Steam never received the funds in the first place. Once confirmed, your bank will release the hold and remove the charge from your bank statement. Please Note: When a transaction is cancelled, you will not see a credit on your account''

When you say you ''miss some funds'' ... do you mean you only got some money returned to you or nothing at all?

Ah thank you! I'll see if by the end of the month or the 30 days the money will be back.

Ah no, not miss like in only some of it were given back. Sorry for the bad english. I mean. For example I asked a refund for another game. I played less than 2 hours and waited 10 days before asking for a refund because I was still undecided if I wanted a refund or not. The 10th day I asked a refund and a few day later the funds were back in my bank account. This refund, of a game I bought the 9/6 is still missing.*

I've been waiting 25 days for 2 game refunds. One is still a pending Payment in my bank account. So there might be a issue.
