why my account has been banned from trading?
I literally did nothing and today I found my account banned from trading. I looked for the reason on the help session but it tells me nothing other than ' WE CONFIRM YOUR ACCOUNT COULD NOT TRADE AT THE TIME'. What's happening?

You're not trade-banned. Have a read:

Your account is not banned from trading. Changing profile name gives 4 hour cooldown for trading. Wait 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Iknow mate I did but I didn't find any single line says changing profile name will give a 4 hours cool down

And you won't find any official documentation about it either.

The unfortunate part about the new profile name change trading cooldown (4 hour cooldown every time you change your profile name) is that page (linked below) will only state, "we have confirmed your account is unable to trade" generic message. Leaving people wondering wtf is going on.

The error while you trade during this cooldown is error (34).

It took a while earlier last year to figure out Valve silently added the new cooldown.
