Change region

Guys i changed my region to turkey and i purchased a game by my Turkish card and the region still didnt changed anyone know why?

what region do you actually live in?
what region are you actually in right now?
what is the status of the transaction on steam? pending, complete, or FAILED?

Steam own guide section, and they also say something like every 3 month, depend on what you did or want to do.

İm in turkey right now and the transaction is complated

Because Valve no longer accepts türkiye lira due to inflation.
