lossless scaling question
I bought lossless scaling from steam, havent tried it yet since I am away from my pc
I have some concerns about it
how can steam know if that isnt cheat software? for example I'm gonna play CSGO right? then im gonna launch lossless scaling through steam and try to tweak some settings ( or in any other game ) how steam gonna know that im not cheating or using some u know programs that are illegal
is it vac ban free? there wont be no troubles right?

You won't get VAC nor VACNet/game banned for its use. Note however that frame generation incurs additional input and display latency and is therefore a significant disadvantage in Counter-Strike 2.

You shouldn't get vac ban because doesn't mess with game memory in sense you're thinking of, also wouldn't recommend using frame gen of any kind for FPS multiplayer games as it will add latency putting you at an disadvantage if you're planning to go professional, or trying to compete against those with higher skill.
