My download speed is caped at 11 mb
My download speed on Epic is 75+ mb but on steam its only 11
Can someone give me some help?

Could be a steam event sale that your region ISP cant handle.

you can try change steam dl zone, this will not help at if if your ISP route is effect by region overcrowsed lines doing steam event sale.

Gonna try some other servers.

Edit: that did the trick. Avoid Washington DC server.

Do not say that, you dont help if all steam user change Dl Sever in US, how i know this what if all US steam user change DL then its havok and you also move all user with you to new zone, there is no best server then you are in oversroweded area. i bet you know what black friday is, this can be seen as same for a time and how many user that DL atm.

And be happy we bother try tell you this.
