Any purchases bought in the last 2 weeks (under 2 hour playtime) before the steam/winter summer sales
should be automatically added/factored into the trading cards.

Because you know people can and will refund and rebuy a bunch of games they bought in the past 2 weeks just to get them

and It could save steam employees time which saves money and everyone is happy

Since they got rid of free cards for going through your queue everyday, don't expect them to add what you suggested.

And you can craft any badge to get a free card dropped.

I don't expect them too but it would save them time for all the refunds people just put in to get them

Automatic refunds take humans zero time for the automated system to check if a user went over one or both requirements for a refund.
