Unable to Purchase Steam Deck
I am trying to purchase a Steam Deck with my corporate card. For whatever reason the purchase never goes through. I get an unexpected error, and then when I look in Steam support it says that "This purchase failed, Steam was not able to accept payment from your payment provider". I tried with a guest account and it went through, then a few days later I got an email that it was being refunded. There is no option in Steam Support to talk with anyone. I am authorized to make this purchase, I don't know why it keeps bouncing. It is beyond frustrating that there's no obvious way to get any help with this or speak with anyone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Call the card issuer. It might be a protection they have in place.
Fraud protection on the card issuers end.

You'll have to have the purchase approved on their end.
