make sure you have 200gb storage space after install whatever game size installed.
They also mention spin disk vs SSD, but as fare as i know almost all pc user know this have SSD as boot disk.
whatchout for next gen games they require SSD only.
I updated to Win10 a while ago, I have plenty of space, and I'm using HDD
Ask game devs, you can find many steam user that forget that part and think its a released game.
In other word most will stop help you now, then we have look at piece of info up.
yes its sounds like we are rude, think over this a game in test phase with whatever issue that can happend just with a GPU driver update. or system. ( and this is why most stop help you with BETA games, you can find many angry steam user with Early Access Game issue.
some times its users themself that dont update pc other times its game devs with game engine issue or combination of both.
yeah we only try to help you but Early Access Game, ask game supprt.
You can find many steam user that are done with "Early Access Game" forever.
Check the USB cable try different USB connection as they can get slow with age.
Well for example, I've had a problem with the game REPO but also with Vampire Survivor's dlc
Well for example, I've had a problem with the game REPO but also with Vampire Survivor's dlc Emerald Diorama. REPO could be in Early Access, but it had worked fine before the current Museum update, whereas Vampire Survivor isn't in early access anymore so it doesn't make sense that the dlc is.
I already ran a chkdsk on it and it was fine. No problems were found. As for usb, it's hooked up internally with a fresh wire, but it's done it on both of the HDDs which are running fine.
Problem here most have a valid OS, so even that dont seem to fit , unless you want to make a steam ticket about it.
if they have made a checksum mistake then you will get a corrupted DL, to proof this require steam support help in testing this.
"corrupted download"
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/3238670/discussions/0/594022859095939680/?ctp=2#c594023708174098589
worth to read, with why maybe something go wrong here. ( ask steam support if this could be part of the issue )
I did read it, but my steam client is up to date, so all the downloads should be in the same format, especially when it's games I got after the update
Yeah Feel free to do whatever you want, but you know how it is, have 500+ games install and you will see alot of steam user will not start over with mass DL all games.
Backup steam without games folder and reinstall steam to test, client change or should i said the new compression issue
And beware of same stuck ?% thats is still being seen as Antivirus app blocking issue before steam did the update.
And i still think you should contact steam support, because we think they make bug with "corrupted download" and then Content server unreachable like you have been kicked from server becuase of "corrupted download"
Now steam might have to look at it, i did not proof anything this is in steam area.
Again you are the only user we did not see say "content unreachable "
also why we ask you.
And it dont help game is earlig access.
I have only 34 games installed, but yea it's fixed. All of them downloaded fine. I already tested the antivirus and it did nothing anyways.
