Patching.
My internet speed is pretty high and its normally never a problem downloading anything, although once the download finishes I have to wait 3 days for patching? it's constantly stuck on 1% and not moving, has only been happening for the past week dunno whats up.

Could be own antivirus apop that block it, and it dont help steam has a event sale at, so dl can be a issue .

Try switch steam DL zone and hope for a better connection, and kepp zone to yourself.
you dont need all other steam user go to your new dl zone , you could move the DL issue with you.

Do not have win7 steam has change compression, so spin disk is also is the bottleneck according to steam.

as fare as any know here, we will not accept 3 days , not even 3 hours.


Stuck is still seen as signs as blocking issue.
