Thats why you don`t use scam sites, your items are gone for good.

Your account is probably compromised because you have been using scam sites like the one in your name history. There is no such thing as scam trade offers if your account is not compromised in some way, unless you didn't adequately vet the trade offer in question.

Do these steps as a precaution but as usual, any items lost are not returned:-

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Btw OP has hours in Spacewar so he is willing to pirate games which leaves my sympathy for them getting scammed miniscule at best.
