Stolen accounts

Hello!

My sons account was stolen two days ago.
Someone contact him and said there was a problem with his account and that he had to verify his account credentials....
He had panic and did that.

The account disappeared and not longer available with his email.

He had 2fa and everything.

This night they took my account as well.

We have a steamfamily and this is my daughters jag account i writing through.

I dont know what to do.
I tried the support guide but nothing takes me to an actual email or person to talk/email to. I cant do anything!!

Im desperat and my son is feeling so bad that he did that. Its a hard lesson to learn and i feel so bad for him.
Off course we are sad for all the purchases and progress in the games because its several years of gaming...

Is there any hope to get it back?

Please be gentle... Im doing my best in this.

Steam Account Recovery

and next time tell your son not to use his steam login on anyting then steam thats how he lost it by using it on third party sites

OP - scam your PC with some anti-malware software e.g. www.malwarebytes.com
