Store recommendations and Publisher block lists
How can I contact steam support for cases when both publisher and developer are in "ignore" list but the product still appears normally on the main store page in the topmost section and without any grey marks on it?

Also is it possible to check from the product page if its publisher/developer are in ignore list without directly openning any of them?

"Ignored" products and publishers will still show up in specific sales banners like during this summer sale.
Doubt that will ever change, people asked Steam about it and the answer was always " cant be changed with how sales banners work".
So you have to live with that i am afraid.
