Card charged twice for a failed purchase
Hello community,

I had this weird problem today where purchases did not go through because "billing address was not matching with Steam", however my card was charged twice for the product. What is the best way of resolving this problem?

If transaction failed then money never went to Valve. Wait few days and they should be back on your account.
