Valve is not responsible for how you choose to interpret an award. Removing the Jester award will just result in people deciding on which award is the next most bothersome to them. And there's no point in playing that game of whack-a-mole.

I've got tons of Jester's, do you know how insulting I find 77x Jester awards? Zero, because 77 * 0 = 0. Thanks for the 15,400 points everyone.
