Did steam remove the ability to cycle trough screenshots with arrow keys in the "recordings & screenshots" screen?

can't seem to move trough them using the arrows anymore. anyone else experiencing this or its a bug on my end?

i figured out a way to still do it though. if you have a numpad, press the numlock button so that the alternate keys assigned to the numbers can work, if your keyboard has it then usually 4 = left. 6 = right. 8 = up. and 2 = down. but the left and right numbers are what you need to press and that way it works for me for my keyboard
