You exposed your login credentials:
a) Either by logging into a site that faked a Steam login and made a bot log into your account using the save password as well as the trust device feature while injecting a Steam API access into it.
b) Or by installing malware that stole your session data or injected a keylogger.
c) Or by using outdated login information that got exposed in a leak.
d) Or by falling for a Steam Support impersonation scam on Discord or similar platforms.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Ensure your email address and/or password aren't contained in any public breaches. There are various sites that allow you to do that.
-- If they are contained in any public breaches, change your email account's password from a secure computer before proceeding.
-- If that happens, you may want to secure other accounts than just Steam.
-- Consider using mobile two-factor authentication on your e-mail address if your e-mail provider supports it.
4. Deauthorize all devices INCLUDING the one you are using (You will have to relog after you click it): Steam -> Settings -> Security -> Deauthorize All Devices or https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Change passwords from a clean computer
6. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
7. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
8. Change your trade link: Profile > your inventory > trade offer > Who can send me trade offer > scroll down and make a new trade link.
9. If points were stolen within 14 days, reset your Steam password (not change, RESET using Forgot Password) to cancel pending awards.

Steam Support will not restore stolen items nor stolen wallet funds.
In accordance with Section 1 C of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, you are fully responsible for all actions on your account, no matter who used the account. This includes actions that occurred as the consequence of fraudulent account access by phishing or malware, be it input relay, session token theft or any other method that granted a third party access to your account.

The ONLY way you can contact Steam support and through which you will receive official answers is through https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com and no other way.

Anyone claiming to be from Valve contacting you through Discord or other means is a scammer.
Secure your account, do these steps NOW:
- Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
- Deauthorize all devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
- Change your password on a secure device.
- Generate new back up codes. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
- Revoke the api key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey

Items are gone, they do not get returned. The item restoration policy: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9958-MJDG-3003
It is also possible someone in your SN group is the person who stole your skins. Remember social engineering is a method that people pretend to be your friend to let your guard down, then you give them info.
Looks like you've been trying to advertise scam sites in your profile name and that is very likely the culprit here.
What i can do now? I had the name of the page, but it was blurred so I deleted it right away. It was a long time ago, and I was robbed on the weekend

1. Close your security hole
2. Learn from your mistake
so I won't get my items back? is this a joke with steam or what. I have all the Steamguard protections, verification. I was at the computer and they robbed me just like that.

Yet your account was still compromised because you gave away your credentials to scam sites. This behaviour is not compensated so all you can do is secure your account to ensure that it doesn't happen again.

You leaked your login credentials (as Ettanin said in #1 post) - that's how scammer got into your account.
When you accepted SSA, you agreed that you will do everything to keep them secure - it wasn't Steam breach but PEBKAC.
dude I logged into faceit, I didn't download anything and everything was legit. I didn't have contact with any scam site.

So why so you have so many of them in your name history?...

FaceIT is known to have problems with phishing. They even have their own FAQs about it.

Perhaps inform yourself.
so what, someone robbed me and I can't do anything? someone has my skins and he's happy, earned and what about me?

Stop using scam sites.

Never enter your Steam password on a third-party site (including faceit).

Report the account that has your items now.

You should use the info in the first two posts to secure your account, learn from it and move on.

The second they left your account they were no longer your skins.

You got phished, it sucks, but the responsibility of the security of the account falls on the account owner. You want to use 3rd party sites, that's fine, but it's advised against by Steam, so it's on you.
