When I try to verify my credit card I get this message: "Your bank declined one or both of our small authorizations. If you clear this issue up with your bank, you can retry then."
So I contacted my bank and they said this: "To make the payment I have to do a two-factor authentication (like I always have to do when I use my credit card online). It says that the payment (the two authorizations) was declined because Steam doesn't have SCA (a method to authenticate payments with card, that requires two-factor authentication). This is required by PSD2. Here you will not be able to complete the payment and may have to contact Steam and ask them to sort out how they receive payments."

Anyone who know what I can do?
