About the refunds
i bought a game then refunded it, and theres a thing in Brazil called PIX, which is like an apple pay but its with a personal bank key and bla bla bla, well, the value should be refunded to my bank account, but instead its into my wallet funds, how can i turn it into money to my bank account?

If Valve refunded it to your wallet, then that means they couldn't refund it to your bank account because the payment method didn't support refunds.

You cannot convert wallet balance to real money.
