Help! I can't log into my account on another device.
Whenever I try to log into my steam client on the Google web browser for example, the steam guard/mobile app asks me if I live in AZ, which yes I do.
But then it asks me if I'm closer to Orlando or to where I live, which I've never been to Orlando! And then it asks me what I'm trying to log in for, and all the answers sound extremely scammy, like "I'm trying to claim a free prize", or "Avoid a false ban", like what?!
It then says the account should be closer to Orlando, which it shouldn't, and the app flags my sign in to MY OWN ACCOUNT as malicious!
Idk what to do. I'm afraid to change the password because idk if I'd still be domain locked when I try to sign in again, and I can't contact support cuz I need to sign in to do that in the first place!

Thank goodness I'm still logged in on my mobile app, my steam deck, and my desktop steam app client, but what if there's a reset and I have to log in again? Then I won't have a way back in!

Steam uses a distributed, sharded database system. As some of the shards are (still) down, the necessary data of that account cannot be loaded.

Please wait until the system employs backup shards or wait for the affected shards to come back online.
