When switching my account currency, how is the exchange of my current steam wallet value calculated?
I will be moving to the United States and intend to change my payment method and wallet region to the US. When I switch my wallet, how will the value I currently have (in euros) be converted? Does steam have a fixed exchange? Or does it use daily exchange rates?

It uses daily exchange rates on the day the change of store region was commenced.

Keep in mind that you need both a permanent residency as well as a valid payment method local to the USA to change the store region to USA. You cannot change the store region using retail wallet cards.
