Games crash after loading spalsh screen

On this account I only play and install one game and it works just fine. When I logg in my other acount 9 out of 10 games doesnt work anymore. Same with new games I bought during sale, 9 of 10 games dont work. They start and load up splash screen but when the game itself is about to start the game dies. A few few games actually work if I start the .exe file outside steam. But most behave the same, dies after spalsh.

The problem started after a Windown reinstall. So emptied my ssd´s one more time and installed win11 again and the games still dont work.

Reformatted and reinstalled win11 and fully updated it.
Downloaded and installed all the latest drivers for everything.
Disabled discord, steam and nvidia overlay
Disabled steam cloud.
Ran steam in admin mode
Ran steam and forced game to run in admin mode.
Cleared the casch in steam.
Verified the games integrity through steam.
Tryed runing the games without windows anti virus / firewall activated.

Nothing seems to work.

Im runing a 7950x3d with 64gb ram and a rtx4090. Got 2x 2tb ssd´s almost empty.

Make sure game has Folder access, give app access to be allowed to use Document folder in wondows, part of Anti virus app.

Example RDR2 pop a msg eoeoe 1005 with firewall issue, and thats not just the problem its also folder access to the app, point os many other app maybe with same issue, depend on wach game use windows area to save game and its config files.
