then contact steam support. it takes 30 days after you have provided proof of ownership for the account to be deleted.

Keep in mind that if you delete your account it's irreversible, so I would really think about it if that's what you want.

Go to your account details page. At the bottom is a button labeled "delete my Steam account".

Just think hard about it before you do something you regret.
