i have problem with my steam
at I bought 2 games on July 3rd, but the next day for some reason the email said that there was a refund and my 2 games disappeared because of the return, I didn't request a game refund, what should I do?

Check your account isn't compromised, i.e. change your password and make sure you don't have an API key set.

I think I got hack,and one more Suddenly I sent a phishing link to everyone even though I swear I didn't do that someone sent me malware

Secure your account. All steps...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever.

Deauthorize all devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey
