I need some tips on how to fix an error regarding the launching of some games. whenever i Click Play, the game runs and stops. I did check on Task manager but there are no games that are currently running and this happens to whenever I am trying to open Project Zomboid, Cities: Skylines, HoI4 and Stellaris.

any other games works but with a few graphical hiccups.

what I tried so far is:

• Clearing cache on steam and on the PC itself
  
• Verifying game integrity files
  
• Repairing the C+++ things on program files
  
• SFC Scannow in Command prompt
  
• trying to launch the game by its exe files and any alternate launch options
  
• Uninstalling and installing the affected games

so far nothing has helped tho I am yet to try to uninstall steam or just do a clean reinstall of the OS but is there any other method I can do before that? I have recently updated my specs and updated to Windows 11.
