Why Cant I trade Anymore?
Please enlighten me on what occurred. I traded a skin earlier this morning and everything went fine. But when im trying to trade skin again this afternoon. It say's "We've confirmed that your account, *******, is currently unable to participate in trading.". May I know what did I do to receive the restriction or how to reverse the restriction?

Because you recently changed your profile name. Any time you do that you get a trade restriction for a few hours.

There are a few different reasons why you may be unable to trade or use the Community Market. The reason is typically shown when you try to initiate a trade or perform an action on the Community Market.

Trade or Market Hold
Recently Cancelled An Accepted Trade
Limited User Accounts
Newly Authorized Device
Steam Guard Not Enabled
Steam Guard Only Recently Enabled
Recent Password Reset
Mobile Authenticator Added
Mobile Authenticator Removed
Newly Added Payment Method
No Purchase Older Than 7 Days
Current Trade or Community Ban
VAC Ban

The name change restriction was quietly add by Valve within the past few years (don't remember when exactly] and sadly support pages do not always get updated.

You won't find any official documentation about it.

The unfortunate part about the new profile name change trading cooldown (4 hour cooldown every time you change your profile name) is that page (linked below) will only state, "we have confirmed your account is unable to trade" generic message. Leaving people wondering wtf is going on.

The error while you trade during this cooldown is error (34).

It took a while earlier last year to figure out Valve silently added the new cooldown.

maybe you need to get a confirmation from steam mobile or you made to many trade in single time
