How to get rid of people constantly adding me to friend list?

so after I bought a cs knife with inventory being public the bots are likely flagged my account of something. Now even if I hide my inventory I get like 1-2 friend invites daily because they want my skins. Is there something I can actually do with it?

Sadly no.
Users have asked for years for a "auto decline friend requests" option but so far Valve seems to not be inclined to add something like that.
In general, dont flaunt your valuable items around, dont join trading groups and that already eliminates 95% of the bots that will come after you.
But you will never be able to get completely rid of it i am afraid,especially if you engage in CS 2 and item trading.
