Hijacked. Malware or phishing.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Bull ox to that list. If you have been compromised it is time to start from the beginning. We have no idea what was planted and neither do you.

The ONLY way to make %100 certain that NOTHING was left behind to re-infect you then you need to do this:

Forget about all info on that computer. I would not trust any of it. To me it is lost. Catn save it as you might reinfect the computer again if you start backing up stuff to reinstall later. That stuff is gone.

Documents are prolly ok. But .exe and apps...no way

So.

Take your documents and then flash UEFI/bios that you DL on a friends computer, not your own.

Flash your own bios and reinstall the other spyware called windows if that is what you use.

Only then are you somewhat guaranteed that nothing stays behind
But I just installed a maleware and an vpn but I already found the problem it was some German dude on my acc he authorised his device I’ll check today bc I’ll get 90 cents if it’s gone before i can use it ill do it

If he doesn't follow the steps of that list he could also burn his PC or throw it into the ocean and his Steam account would still be compromised.

In most cases of "hacked" accounts, the culprit is not malware but phishing.
