Hi everybody,
is there a known fix for this issue?

Additional information:
- platform: win11
- everything but steam works just fine
- issue happened for the first time yesterday and never before that
- no hardware changes or windows update

Steps taken until now:
- multiple power cycles of pc
- checked drivers all up to date
- steam ran as admin
- uninstall -> fresh install of steam (this also is current status: steam doesnt launch because it cant check for updates after fresh install „critical error - steam has no connection to internet“)
- ISP/router is no issue: roommate can use steam just fine
- checked firewall exemption for everything steam related
