for whatever reason my steam download speed isnt as good as it once was. if i clear steam cache its even slower and then i need to reset my modem for 5 minutes in order for it to not be so slow. but even then the max download speed i can get is just 1/10 of what it once was. for reference, when downloading any game my download speed was 400mbps, but now its around 40mbps.
